Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor sich die Gesellschafter um Details bemühen, müssen sie die Lage des gesamten Unternehmens bzw. der Unternehmensgruppe wahrnehmen. Wie ist die kurzfristige Umsatzentwicklung? Ist das Ertragsniveau zufriedenstellend? Oder sind Umsatz und Erträge sehr kritisch. Dann hat man vielleicht keine Zeit für eine eingehende Analyse und muss sofort handeln.
