Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel behandeln wir die Frage, ob es überhaupt etablierte und erprobte Modelle gibt, die universal einsetzbar sind, oder eine Art Roadmap für die Agile Transformation sein können. Da viele agile Initiativen klein auf Teamebene beginnen, stellt sich die Frage der Skalierung und ob eine agile Skalierung auch ein Modell für die Transformation sein kann. Dieses Spannungsfeld bearbeiten wir ebenfalls in diesem Kapitel und stellen dafür zwei bekannte Skalierungsmodelle vor. Im Folgenden betrachten wir das Changemanagement und diskutieren die generelle Relevanz von organisationalem Changemanagement für die Agile Transformation. Zudem stellen wir folgende bekannte und weniger bekannte Modelle des Changemanagements für organisationale Transformationen vor: Kotters 8-Steps/Leading-Change-Modell, Dennings zehn stufige Transformation Journey, Bridges Change Transition Model sowie das Path to Agility Transformations-Rahmenwerk.
