Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der ursprüngliche, nicht mit dem Verlag abgestimmte (Arbeits-)Titel des vorliegenden Werkes war „Leadership – dies- und jenseits von Trends“, einer meiner Hauptmotivatoren für dieses Buch. Und damit Sie nicht extra nochmals ins Vorwort abdriften müssen: Wer weiß, wie Führung funktioniert und worauf es ankommt, kann problemlos digitaler Führung, agile Leadership, VUCA sowie vielem mehr entspannt entgegensehen und (gewohnt) professionell auch in diesen Welten agieren! Denn am Ende des Tages bleibt außer altem Wein in neuen Schläuchen nicht viel (und oft gar nichts) übrig. Auch darüber könnten ganze Bücher geschrieben werden und auch diese Punkte möchte das vorliegende Buch nicht zwingend abschließend klären. Aber es soll dazu anregen, eine neue Sichtweise vertreten zu können. Vielleicht soll es sogar ein wenig polarisieren und provozieren. Um diese Sichtweise besser nachzuvollziehen, wird in den folgenden Unterkapiteln kurz auf derzeit gepriesene Trends und damit verbundene Schlagwörter eingegangen.
