Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die klassische (akademische) Führungskräfte-Ausbildung beginnt in aller Regel mit den Ursprüngen der Führungsforschung und somit sog. ein- und zweidimensionalen Führungstheorien. In diesem Kapitel stelle ich Ihnen lediglich vor, was den Zahn der Zeit überlebt hat und auch heute noch in der theoretischen sowie praktischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Führung von Bedeutung ist. Nebst einem gewissen Vokabular, welches es grundsätzlich vereinfacht, sich dem Thema Führung im Gespräch zu nähern, erfahren Sie bereits in den folgenden Unterkapiteln, wie wichtig eine gewisse Variabilität bei der Anwendung unterschiedlicher Führungsstile ist. Zudem wird klargestellt, dass unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter, u. a. aufgrund deren unterschiedlichen (Berufs-)Erfahrung, auch unterschiedlich geführt werden müssen.
