Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor dieses Buch in Kap. 2 damit beginnt, gemeinsam mit Ihnen Ihren persönlichen Führungs-Methodenkoffer zu befüllen, soll Sie dieses Kapitel erst einmal an den Themenkomplex Führung heranführen. Es klärt die Fragen der allgemeinen Bedeutung des Wortes Führung, grenzt es gegen den Begriff Management ab und beschreibt sehr prägnant die Kernfunktion von Führung. Es skizziert das Spannungsfeld, in welchem sich Führungskräfte bewegen. Dabei stellt es den unbestrittenen Nutzen – für Mitarbeiter und Unternehmen – klar. Zudem erfahren Sie Wichtiges zum Aufbau und Umgang mit diesem Buch.
