Abstract

Zusammenfassung Insofern unterliegt jede motorsportliche Aktivität, die auf der Basis der Regularien der FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) oder des jeweiligen ASN (Autorité Sportive Nationale) in Deutschland des DMSB e. V. ausgetragen wird, auch deren Vorgaben und Bestimmungen. Hierzu zählen neben den allgemeinen Verhaltensregeln, die technischen Bestimmungen und die Regeln der Verbandsgerichtsbarkeit. Im Folgenden will der Autor einen kurzen Überblick über die Gerichtsbarkeit als solche und im Speziellen über die Verbandsgerichtsbarkeit gehen, um dem Leser einen Überblick über die Grundlagen und die Wirkungsweise der Verbandsgerichtsbarkeit im Motorsport zu geben. Insbesondere wenn Managementfunktionen im Motorsport angestrebt werden, ist es unerlässlich, zumindest Grundkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet des Motorsportrechtes zu haben, um erfolgreich ein Motorsportteam zu führen oder in der Motorsportabteilung eines der im Motorsport engagierten Automobilherstellers zu arbeiten. Aber auch für aktive Fahrer sowie Bewerber ist es wichtig, zumindest mit den Grundkenntnissen vertraut zu sein, da von diesen Kenntnissen durchaus persönliche Erfolge und Misserfolge abhängen können mit durchaus sehr weitreichenden, persönlichen und geschäftlichen Folgen.
