Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie auch in anderen Sportarten gibt es auch im Motorsport Regeln zu beachten. Werden die Regeln von den Teilnehmern nicht beachtet können Strafen ausgesprochen werden bzw. die Nichtbeachtung der Regeln zum Ausschluss aus der Veranstaltung führen. Jedoch hat der Teilnehmer auch hier die Möglichkeit die Strafe von einem unabhängigen Organ überprüfen zulassen. Im Motorsport gibt es zwei Rechtsbehelfmittel – den Protest und die Berufung. Je nachdem gegen was sich der Teilnehmer wehren möchte und abhängig davon um welchen Sachverhalt es sich handelt ist der Protest oder Berufung die richtige Wahl. Wie legt man jedoch erfolgreich einen Rechtsbehelf im Motorsport ein? Genau hierbei soll das folgende Kapitel helfen. Die beiden Rechtsbehelfe und ihre Anwendungsgebiete werden anschaulich und detailliert erklärt. Dabei wird auf die einzelnen Verfahrensschritte eingegangen. Vorlagen für Check-Listen und Beispiele für Vorlagen verhelfen zu einer leichten Übertragung in die Praxis. Zur Vertiefung helfen Beispielfälle mit Lösungen, um sich die Thematik der Rechtsbehelfe schnell zu verinnerlichen.
