Abstract

Zusammenfassung Folgt man den Trends und Entwicklungen der heutigen Zeit, ergeben sich immer neue Anforderungen an die Qualifikationen von Führungskräften. Benötigt werden immer mehr Persönlichkeiten, die durch kreatives Denken, ungewöhnliche Ansätze und die Einbeziehung von Erkenntnissen auch außerhalb ihres Fachgebietes den Fortschritt voranbringen. Im Motorsport stellt die Managementkompetenz einen besonderen Anspruch dar. Es gibt wenige Sportarten mit so viel Faszination wie den Motorsport. Das Arbeits-umfeld ist durch starke Komplexität und Interdisziplinarität gekennzeichnet. Erst das Zusammenwirken von technischen und sportlichen Höchstleistungen sowie strategischen Entscheidungen führt ein Team zum Erfolg.
