Abstract

Zusammenfassung In dem vorliegenden Beitrag wird nach einer theoretischen Einleitung der aktuelle und potenzielle Motorsportkonsument der Zukunft erläutert. Anhand der aus einer Online-Befragung gewonnenen Daten wird – zusammen mit den Ergebnissen von leitfadengestützten qualitativen Interviews mit Motorsportexperten – erklärt, wer sich aktuell sowie gegebenenfalls in Zukunft für Motorsport interessieren könnte und wie sich Motorsport positionieren muss, um zukünftig erfolgreich zu sein. Die interpretierende Darlegung der Ergebnisse mündet in ein Fazit.
