Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem Veranstaltungsmanagement an Motorsportstätten. Er beschreibt das Veranstaltungsmanagement als Organisationsaufgabe der Unternehmensleitung, die aus der Unternehmensstrategie erwächst. Der Beitrag erörtert die Entwicklung eines Motorsportstandorts zu einer multifunktionalen Veranstaltungsstätte als Managementaufgabe, erörtert die unterschiedlichen Arten und Varianten von motorsportlichen Veranstaltungen und die Möglichkeiten einer multifunktionalen Nutzung von Motorsportstätten über den Motorsport hinaus, differenziert bei den Arten von Motorsportveranstaltungen selbst am Maßstab der Nutzungsordnung für den Nürburgring und des Landesgesetzes zur Erhaltung der Zweckbestimmung des Nürburgrings. Des Weiteren behandelt der Beitrag eingehend die von der jeweiligen Interessenlage der beteiligten Parteien bestimmten Varianten von Veranstaltungsverträgen und geht schließlich auf die innerbetriebliche Organisation des Veranstaltungsmanagements ein.
