Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auch wenn das Konzept der Demut überall auf der Welt funktioniert und die gleichen positiven Auswirkungen zeitigt, gibt es doch Unterschiede in der Art und Weise, wie es heute in den verschiedenen Ländern gelebt wird. Darüber hinaus muss sich eine Führungskraft, die Demut zum Ausdruck bringen möchte, an die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Kulturen anpassen, um effektiv zu sein. Der genauere Blick auf Geschlecht und Alter zeigt zwar einige geringe Unterschiede in der Wahrnehmung von Führungskräften, dennoch gibt es im Allgemeinen keinen großen statistischen Unterschied.
