Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht nur die Mediatorinnen, sondern auch die Medianden können das Setting verändern. Insbesondere der plötzliche Abbruch bzw. die Abbruchdrohung durch einen Medianden ist ein Szenario, das vielen Mediatorinnen Sorgen macht. Dem Umgang mit solchen und ähnlichen Situationen (zum Beispiel unerwarteter E-Mailverkehr) ist dieser Abschnitt gewidmet.
