Abstract

Zusammenfassung Warum sind die meisten Unternehmen dann immer noch energielose Todeszonen? Hier erfährst Du die Gründe für den chronischen Lebendigkeitsverlust. Außerdem schauen wir uns an, wie es heute wirklich aussieht mit der Energie in der Arbeit. Wie viel Energie haben wir denn jetzt eigentlich und gibt es Unterschiede zwischen Mitarbeiter und Führungskraft? Wir tauchen ein, welche Rolle Führungskräfte spielen und warum sich heute noch keiner auf Großwildjagd nach Energieräubern macht. Du lernst die häufigsten Energieräuber im Job kennen und erfährst, warum die häufigsten nicht immer auch gleich die schlimmsten sind. Genauso erfährst Du, was Menschen im Job Energie gibt und warum viele Energiequellen nicht angezapft werden können. Zu guter Letzt, erfährst du, ob und welche Unterschiede es nach Geschlecht, Position und Branche rundum Energie gibt.
