Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine gute Führungskraft hat ein klares Führungsverständnis. Sie kennt ihren geeigneten Rollenmix und vermittelt ihn gegenüber ihren Geführten. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass zwischen dem eigenen Führungsverständnis (Rollendefinition) und der Erwartungen der Geführten (Rollenzuschreibung) ein gewisser Fit besteht. Zur Klärung des Führungsverständnisses stehen einer Führungskraft eine Reihe praktischer Hilfestellungen zur Verfügung. So fällt es Führungskräften leichter, über Führung nachzudenken, wenn sie konkrete Führungssituationen vor Augen haben. Die gesamte Reflexion kann individuell, mit Unterstützung eines Coaches oder im Rahmen von Führungskräfte-Workshops erfolgen. Dabei erfordert der Weg zur guten Führungskraft Feedback, eine kontinuierliche Reflexion und Anpassung des eigenen Führungsverständnisses.
