Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Führungsverständnis einer Führungskraft ist gleichbedeutend mit ihrem bevorzugten Rollenmix, also der relativen Gewichtung unterschiedlicher, möglicher Führungsrollen (Boss, Coach, Partner und Befähiger). Dabei liegt es in der Verantwortung der Führungskraft, ihren geeigneten Rollenmix zu finden und zu definieren. Das richtige Führungsverständnis bzw. der geeignete Rollenmix ergibt sich aus der Führungsumwelt einer Führungskraft, ihren Fähigkeiten und ihrer Persönlichkeit. Dabei sollte eine Führungskraft die Rollenzuschreibung, also die Erwartungen der Geführten an ihre jeweilige Führungskraft im Blick haben.
