Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel liefert einen Überblick über die Annahmen und zentralen Überlegungen dieses Buches. Zunächst wird angenommen, dass es vier Führungsrollen gibt: Boss, Coach, Partner und Befähiger. Dabei finden erfolgreiche Führungskräfte ihren richtigen Rollenmix unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Führungsumwelt, sie vermitteln ihn und handeln danach. Dieser Rollenmix spiegelt das Führungsverständnis einer Führungskraft wider. Langfristig erfordert erfolgreiche Führung eine kontinuierliche Reflexion und Anpassung des eigenen Führungsverständnisses. Führungsinstrumente können helfen, ein Führungsverständnis in die Tat umzusetzen, wenn sie mit dem Rollenmix kompatibel sind.
