Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist immer ein Thema hoher Relevanz. Zudem stehen Unternehmen in Bezug auf Führung vor sehr unterschiedlichen, besonderen Herausforderungen. Es ist vielfach zu beobachten, dass auf Seiten der Geführten eine diffuse Unzufriedenheit in Bezug auf das Thema Führung herrscht. Dabei ist aber oft nicht klar, warum. Zudem fordert die digitale Transformation aufseiten vieler Unternehmen ein Umdenken in ihrem Führungsverständnis, um ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhalten. Hinsichtlich neuer Themen, wie New Work oder Agilität herrscht eine verbreitete Unsicherheit. Oft ist nicht klar, inwieweit diese Themen wirklich relevant sind und was sie konkret für den Führungsalltag bedeuten. Schließlich werden nicht selten Leitungspositionen neu besetzt. Damit geht häufig ein Wandel des allgemeinen Führungsverständnisses einher. Es ist allerdings unklar, wie dieser Wandel wirksam vollzogen werden kann.
