Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch vermittelt ein immer wiederkehrendes Mantra. Demnach setzt gute, wirksame Führung von Mitarbeitern im Alltag aufseiten der Führungskraft ein klares Führungsverständnis voraus. Dieses leitet sich im Wesentlichen aus der jeweiligen Führungsumwelt ab, aber auch aus der Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeit der Führungskraft. Erfolgreiche Führungskräfte vermitteln ihr Führungsverständnis und handeln danach. Kompatible Instrumente helfen, das Führungsverständnis im Alltag zu realisieren.
