Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geben die Autoren Jürg Kuster, Christian Bachmann, Mike Hubmann, Robert Lippmann und Patrick Schneider eine Einführung in modernes Projektmanagement und setzen dieses in einen Führungskontext. Dabei werden agiles Projektmanagement gleichwertig mit klassischem Projektmanagement behandelt und sowohl die Gemeinsamkeiten als auch Unterschiede dargelegt. Ausgehend von agilen und klassischen Methoden werden hybride Vorgehensmodelle aufgezeigt und deren Einsatzgebiete dargelegt. Der Erfolg von komplexen, interdisziplinären Vorhaben setzt gerade beim Projektmanager zunehmend breitgefächerte Kompetenzen voraus. Deshalb stellen die Autoren die methodischen Grundlagen in Bezug zum Menschen, der im Team das Projekt umsetzt. Die Ebenen Methodik, Mensch und Team stehen in Wechselwirkung zueinander. Dieses Kapitel legt eine solide Basis, um die genannten Aspekte wirkungsvoll für erfolgreiches Projektmanagement zu verbinden. Auch Standards und Zertifizierungsmöglichkeiten wie IPMA, PMI, Prince2 und HERMES werden dargelegt.
