Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 7 enthält die ersten konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen für die Durchführung von Experimenten. Zunächst einmal wird erklärt, warum es wichtig ist, über einen Prozess für das Experimentieren zu sprechen und welche Prozesse bereits öffentlich besprochen wurden. Anschließend werden weitere wichtige Elemente besprochen, die vorhanden sein müssen, um einen Prozess rund um das Experimentieren aufzubauen. Danach werden die verschiedenen Quellen dargestellt, die dem Team zur Verfügung stehen, um neue Experimente zu starten und Ideen zu gewinnen. Zuletzt werden Schwierigkeiten und Lösungsansätze beim Priorisieren von verschiedenen Ideen und Hypothesen erörtert.
