Abstract

Zusammenfassung Oftmals geht mit der Einführung einer neuen Management-Sichtweise auch die Einführung eines Teams einher. Zwar ist es nicht immer unbedingt nötig, ein eigenes Team für die experimentellen Strategieansätze aufzustellen, es kann jedoch manchmal hilfreich sein und Signalwirkung haben, insbesondere bei größeren Unternehmen, wenn bereits einige Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind. In diesem Kapitel wird zunächst dargelegt, welche Optionen für die Erstellung eines neuen Teams für Experimente es gibt. Anschließend wird erklärt, wie die geeigneten Mitglieder für dieses Team eingestellt werden und wie das Team bei den generellen Unternehmenszielen miteinbezogen werden kann.
