Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beschreibt, welche implizite Voraussetzung für eine konsequente Nutzung von Experimenten in Unternehmen nötig ist und wie man diese fördern und erreichen kann. Es werden insbesondere (psychologische) Konzepte und Voraussetzungen erklärt, die vorhanden sein müssen, um effizient und experimentell zu arbeiten. Weiterhin werden Konstellationen erläutert, die häufig in Unternehmen vorzufinden sind, dabei werden auch zahlreiche bekannte Beispiele genutzt. Zuletzt wird das psychologische Konzept erläutert, das erforderlich ist, um experimentell zu arbeiten.
