Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 14 wird beispielhaft ein Projekt beschrieben, wie es häufig in der frühen Phase eines modernen Unternehmens vorkommt. Dabei wird ausgeführt, wie man dieses Projekt strukturiert angeht und mittels Experimentieren Probleme lösen kann. Zunächst wird die Ausgangslage des Unternehmens erklärt und erläutert, welche Ziele das Unternehmen hat. Anschließend wird beschrieben, wie potenzielle Lösungen für das identifizierte Problem gefunden werden können. Danach werden die Hypothesen priorisiert und eingeordnet. Zuletzt werden die durchgeführten Hypothesen analysiert und an das gesamte Unternehmen herangetragen.
