Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beschreibt, wie das IT-Strategieteam eines DAX-Unternehmens mit einem Workshop dabei unterstützt wurde, sich am Wendepunkt zwischen Strategieentwicklung und Strategieumsetzung in der Organisation neu zu positionieren. Kern war die Entwicklung einer Corestory, die, gemeinsam erarbeitet, 1) dem Team Orientierung geben, 2) die strategischen Schwerpunkte des Teams kommunizierbar machen und 3) die Perspektiven und Herausforderungen von Kooperationspartnern in und außerhalb der Organisation reflektieren soll. Im gesamten Workshop wurden unterschiedliche narrative Methoden und Werkzeuge eingesetzt, um die Teamentwicklung zu unterstützen, die Corestory zu erarbeiten und die Perspektiven der Stakeholder miteinzubeziehen. Es werden Hintergrund, Designprinzipien und einzelne Interaktionsformate detailliert beschrieben.
