Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag schildert die Autorin Kira Kerstin Fecher ihre Erfahrungen, Geschichten und Erzählkunst in die Unternehmenswelt zu transferieren mit dem Ziel, neben der rein kognitiven Betrachtungsweise auch den reichen Schatz des Unterbewusstseins für die strategische Unternehmensentwicklung zu nutzen. In einem Workshop mit Unternehmer:innen setzt sie das Aktantenmodell von Algirdas Julien Greimas gemeinsam mit Kunstgeschichten ein. Die Verbindung aus Storycrafting und Storylistening ermöglicht den Workshopteilnehmenden, den empfundenen Handlungsspielraum zu erweitern. Verborgene Ressourcen und neue Lösungsansätze werden sichtbar.
