Abstract

Zusammenfassung Werte sind von großer Wichtigkeit für die Handlungsfähigkeit eines Unternehmens. Diese Werte sollten natürlich nicht nur auf dem Papier gut aussehen, sondern von den Mitarbeitenden tatsächlich gelebt werden. Die Autorin beschreibt den narrativen Prozess einer Werteentwicklung bei dem Schweizer Mittelständler ABNOX AG. Über narrative Interviews werden dabei die gelebten Werte herausgearbeitet und über die Geschichten der Mitarbeitenden wieder im Unternehmen und außerhalb kommuniziert.
