Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fokus dieses Artikels liegt auf der Analyse identitätsstiftender Werte am Beispiel eines mittelständischen Unternehmens. Welche Werte gestalten die Zusammenarbeit? Wie werden diese im Arbeitsalltag gelebt? Abgeleitet davon soll ein Verständnis dafür geschaffen werden, wie sich „unsere“ Werte bislang in den Recruitingprozess des Unternehmens einbinden und damit verdeutlichen, was genau die bisherige Recruitingstrategie so erfolgreich macht. Auf diese Weise soll auch der Ausgangspunkt dafür geschaffen werden, eine nachhaltig wertvolle Recruitingstrategie zu definieren, die auch auf Distanz („remote“) funktioniert.
