Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Methode „Erzählräume“ ermöglicht es Gruppen, Teams und Unternehmen, Erfahrungen aus Vergangenheit und Gegenwart auszutauschen und Vorstellungen über die Zukunft zu entwickeln, ohne sofort in eine Diskussion über Meinungen und „Wahrheiten“ zu verfallen. Die Autorin beschreibt, wie sie ein kleines Unternehmen mit dieser Methode dabei unterstützte, nach dem coronabedingten Übergang von der Präsenz ins Homeoffice erfolgreich zu kooperieren und gemeinsame Zukunftsvisionen zu entwickeln.
