Abstract

Zusammenfassung Praktiker können dieses Kapitel ohne wesentlichen Informationsverlust überspringen, da vor allem die Forschungsmethodik dargestellt wird. Zur wissenschaftlichen Fundierung der Ergebnisse werden zunächst die Zielsetzungen und Anforderungen wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens erläutert. Anschließend erfolgt eine Darstellung des Stands der Forschung im Bereich der digitalen Transformation. Den Kern des Buchs stellen die in den Kap. 2 und 3 vorgestellten Modelle dar. Aus diesem Grund werden die theoretischen Grundlagen zur Modellbildung mit dem im Buch gewählten Vorgehen abgeglichen. Abschließend wird das gesamte Vorgehen der Untersuchung kritisch reflektiert und Ansatzpunkte für weitere Forschung identifiziert.
