Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit 2014 arbeitet die Unternehmensberatung und Kreativagentur komm.passion in einem System, das die beiden Trendwellen rund um Effizienz und Agilität der letzten Jahre vereint. Dieses System bedient sich verschiedener Facetten, Aspekte und Methoden der bekannten Konzepte. komm.passion hat sich von einer klassischer Silo-Matrix zur lateralen Cloud entwickelt, in der sich alle Mitarbeiter:innen standortübergreifend und flexibel als Kreise rund um die Kundenprojekte oder internen Aufgaben organisieren. Im Zentrum steht das PO-System, denn jedes Projekt hat genau einen „Project Owner“ – der für das Projekt verantwortlich ist, sein Team zusammenstellt und Aufgaben verteilt. Parallel dazu gibt es das Mentoren-System auf der HR-Seite. Denn Mitarbeiterführung- und entwicklung in lateralen Organisationen funktioniert nicht entlang disziplinarischer Führungslinien. Der dritte zentrale systemische Aspekt ist das Kompetenz-System, über das Wissen erhalten, verteilt und aufgebaut wird. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie das komm.passion-System im Detail funktioniert und was die Agentur seit 2014 bei ihrem Brückenschlag aus Effizienz und Agilität gelernt hat.
