Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Umfeld von Organisationen befindet sich in stetigem Wandel. Organisationen sind gefordert, sich kontinuierlich und zielgerichtet zu verändern, um ihren gesellschaftlichen Wert zu sichern. Wandlungsfähigkeit als Konglomerat unterschiedlicher Fähigkeiten ist daher entscheidend. Dabei gilt es frühzeitig Wandlungsbedarf zu erkennen, neue Wege zu erkunden und mit Widersprüchen umzugehen. In diesem Beitrag werden die Konzepte strategische Vorausschau, Boundary Spanning und organisationale Ambidexterität in Bezug auf Wandlungsfähigkeit diskutiert. Die genannten Ansätze werden anschließend in Kombination zueinander dargestellt, sodass sie sich gegenseitig ergänzen. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, Optionen aufzuzeigen, mit denen Wandlungsfähigkeit in Organisationen proaktiv geschaffen werden kann.
