Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Beiträge des Zukunftsnavigators zeigen Wege in die Zukunft auf. Diese scheinen mal vorausschauender und mal gegenwärtiger, mal branchenbezogen und mal gesellschaftsrelevanter, mal riskant und mal unausweichlich. Doch eines ist allen gemein: Sie definieren menschliche und organisationale Fähigkeiten, die diese Reise erst ermöglichen. Die Zukunftsfähigkeit lässt sich nicht an einer Fähigkeit festmachen. Es ist immer eine Kombination von Fähigkeiten, die benötigt wird, und sie ist nur selten nicht auch auf andere Kontexte übertragbar. Wir können also von allen lernen, und vielleicht sogar besonders dann, wenn sie nicht unserer eigenen Lebenswirklichkeit zu entsprechen scheint.
