Abstract

Zusammenfassung HYPERID, abgekürzt von „Hyper Inter-Methodological Delivery“, ist eine Methodologie für die Planung und Umsetzung von allen Projekttypen sowie Produktentwicklungen, insbesondere von den herausforderndsten unter ihnen, den sogenannten Fest-Preis/-Zeit Projekten, auch geläufig unter der Bezeichnung „Fixed Time/Fixed Price“, nachfolgend abgekürzt mit FTFP, ganz gleich, ob diese bisher üblicherweise agil oder sequenziell durchgeführt werden.
