Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Fallstudie portraitiert ein Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen, das sich 2018 entschlossen hat, seine Vertriebspartner mit digitalen Lösungen im täglichen Geschäft zu unterstützen. Das primäre Ziel war die Vermeidung von zeitraubenden administrativen Aufgaben und analogen Prozessen. Die Schwierigkeit, analoge und regulierte Prozesse kurzfristig zu digitalisieren, stellt zahlreiche Unternehmen vor eine Herausforderung. Dank der frühzeitigen Planung zur Digitalisierung des Vertriebsprozesses konnte das Unternehmen in der Corona-Krise die Fortführung des Geschäfts für nahezu alle Mitarbeiter sicherstellen.
