Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem wir anhand eines Vorgehensmodells die Resilienz bzw. Resilienzfähigkeit von Unternehmen und Organisationen bewerten können, gilt es in einem weiteren Schritt geeignete „Schubladen“ zu entwickeln, um weitere Fragen beantworten zu können: Welche Kennzeichen müssen erfüllt sein, um resilient zu sein oder resilient handeln zu können? Dazu ist es erforderlich, noch einmal genauer auf den Begriff der Resilienz einzugehen und festzustellen, wo diese eigentlich beginnt. Daraufhin können einzelne Strategien herausgearbeitet werden.
