Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um Erkenntnisse zur strategischen Ausrichtung von Unternehmen und insbesondere Hinweise auf ihre Resilienz zu erhalten, ist das Winning Wheel hervorragend geeignet. Die in diesem Kapitel behandelte Fallstudie soll dies verdeutlichen. Dabei ist es erforderlich, Texte nach Schlüsselbegriffen zu durchsuchen und sie den Dimensionen des Winning Wheels zuzuordnen. Der analysierte Text stammt aus einem Interview des VW-Vorstandsvorsitzenden Herbert Diess und verrät uns, wie er sein Unternehmen in Bezug auf Autonomie, Nachhaltigkeit, Humanität und Resilienz positioniert.
