Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es war ein Ereignis, auf das wir mit einem Glas Sekt anstießen und bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen feierten: die Fertigstellung unserer Chronik zum 120-jährigen Jubiläum. Erst ein Jahr zuvor hat der gesamte Inhaberkreis die Familienverfassung unterschrieben, die wir zwei Jahre lang erarbeitet haben. Und nach unserem ersten Familienwochenende war die Chronik der nächste greifbare Ausdruck unserer Family Governance. Ein gutes Gefühl, mit Stolz und Zufriedenheit auf das Geleistete. Und mit noch wogenden Wellen, die der Prozess hervorgerufen und die sich noch nicht ganz beruhigt hatten. Was nun? Wie tragen wir den Schwung in die Zukunft? Wie füllen wir unsere Verfassung mit Leben? Wir waren jetzt auf uns allein gestellt und wollten ohne „Betreuung“ den Weg in die Zukunft gehen. Das ist nun fast 10 Jahre her.
