Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Potenziale sind es, die Eingeheiratete in Familienunternehmen und Unternehmensfamilien einbringen können? Wie findet man den Zugang zu sinnvollen Perspektiven und Herangehensweisen im Erleben und Gestalten eines Nachfolgeprozesses als Tochter und Mutter? Und wie gelingt deren nachhaltige Integration? Was kann das Wissen über die drei Systeme Familie, Vermögen und Unternehmen verändern? Und welche Impulse braucht die nächste Generation? Ein Interview-Gespräch mit der Ärztin und Unternehmerin Dr. med. Françoise Wilhelmi de Toledo über die Rolle der Tochter und angeheirateten Frau in einem Familienunternehmen, das Mitgestalten zweier Familienunternehmen in unterschiedlichen Rollen und das Potenzial der Entwicklung einer Familienstrategie.
