Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit über 10 Jahren bin ich als Familienmanagerin meiner Unternehmerfamilie tätig. Zu Beginn meiner Tätigkeit gab es keinen Titel und keine Jobbeschreibung, sondern nur das dringende Gefühl in mir: „Wir müssen was tun, sonst verlieren wir die Verbindung zwischen Gesellschaftern und Unternehmung.“ Nach 10 Jahren gemeinsamer Arbeit hat meine Familie dieses Jahr entschieden, ein eigenes Family Office zu gründen, welches von einem Familienrat beaufsichtigt werden soll. Unsere Familiencharta wurde überarbeitet und die junge Generation ist voll in die Gesellschafterverantwortung hineingewachsen. In den nächsten Jahren gilt es, die Weichen für die nächste Generation zu stellen. Ich freue mich darauf, in den kommenden Jahren die Zukunft unserer Familie und unserer Unternehmungen zu gestalten. Gerne würde ich mit den Lesern meinen Werdegang, die Geschichte meiner Familie und unsere Entwicklung in den letzten 10 Jahren teilen. Ich hoffe, meine Erfahrungen können Familienmitglieder anderer Unternehmer-Familien inspirieren, sich auch an das Thema Familienmanagement zu wagen.
