Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Anfang eines familienstrategischen Prozesses steht immer ein Bedürfnis, nämlich den sich ständig wandelnden Herausforderungen im Innen oder Außen gemeinsam zu begegnen. Unserer Erfahrung nach stehen Unternehmerfamilien oft vor einer Veränderung – zum Beispiel einem Generationenwechsel oder auch einer Umstrukturierung – wenn sie darüber nachdenken, einen solchen Prozess zu beginnen. Häufig ist es eine Person aus der Familie, die den Gedanken aufgreift, eine Familienstrategie zu erarbeiten und deren Ergebnisse in einer Familienverfassung festzuhalten und ihn in die Familie hineinträgt. Die Suche nach Gleichgesinnten beginnt. Schließlich müssen alle Beteiligten dem Prozess zustimmen, sich darauf einlassen können und sich einbringen. Ist diese Zustimmung eingeholt, beginnt die Suche nach Unterstützung. Die meisten Familien lassen sich in diesem Prozess professionell begleiten.
