Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Einzelkämpfer haben es schwer. Erfolg, vor allem in Familienunternehmen, liegt im professionellen Füreinander. Die Frage ist nur, wie man von dem oft gegebenen Neben- oder sogar Gegeneinander dorthin findet. Der Artikel spannt einen Bogen von den Unterschieden der Persönlichkeit über die innere Dynamik von Familiensystemen hin zur Öffnung für einen gemeinsamen, auch über Generationen hinweg tragenden Geist, der uns selbst und unsere gemeinsamen Vorhaben lebendig hält. Die persönliche, familiäre und geistige Ebene bilden eine untrennbare Einheit, und das Familienglück, das wir uns wünschen, steht nur auf allen drei Beinen stabil. Der Artikel stellt sie in ihren Zusammenhang und lädt mit einer Reihe von Praxisregeln zum Ausprobieren ein.
