Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die weibliche Nachfolge stellt einen besonderen Systembruch dar. Muster in Familienunternehmen sind über Generationen hinweg überwiegend männlich geprägt. Übernehmen Töchter die Unternehmen, stehen sie damit vor besonderen Herausforderungen, die Chancen und Risiken gleichermaßen vereinen. Um diesen Übergang zu bewältigen und gelingend für alle Systeme (Unternehmen, Familie, Vermögen) zu gestalten, ist die Familienverfassung ein unterstützendes Instrument. In diesem Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, welche besonderen Räume durch die Nachfolge von Töchtern eröffnet werden und welchen Beitrag eine Familienverfassung zum Gelingen leisten kann.
