Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmerfamilien sind besonders, weil Berufliches und Familiäres über Generationen miteinander verwoben sind und die familiäre Bindung nicht kündbar ist. Eine Familiencharta hilft, die Grundsätze der Familie und die des Unternehmens zu definieren und zu dokumentieren. Die Ursprünge zum Beispiel von Familiengeheimnissen können mit einer Charta ergründet und der zukünftige Umgang besprochen werden. Zudem gelingt im Rahmen des Charta-Prozesses ein Blick hinter die Kulissen, Zugehörigkeits-Fragen können geklärt werden. In ihrem Beitrag stellt Anja Genius verschiedene Methoden zur Begleitung eines Charta-Prozesses durch Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten vor. Erfahren Sie, wie das Tool des Reflecting Team sinnvoll angewendet wird und warum die Arbeit mit dem Fishbowl empfehlenswert ist. Außerdem erklärt die Beraterin, die selbst aus einer Unternehmerfamilie stammt, welche Fragen zur Genogrammarbeit gut geeignet sind, wie das von ihr entwickelte Genius-Tool die Reflexion des Beratungsprozesses erleichtert und warum die Arbeit mit zwei Beraterinnen gerade hier sehr sinnvoll ist.
