Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während vor einigen Jahren das Kerngeschäft der Unternehmen „kerngesund“ war, ist aktuell, insbesondere durch die verstärkte Transformation, z. B. in der Automobilindustrie, im Bankensektor und in den Handelsstrukturen, ein intensives Interesse an Innovation und Agilität feststellbar. Dieses Buch soll im Sinne eines agilen Innovationsmanagements einen ganzheitlichen Überblick für die Praxis geben. Es will aber auch Ansätze aufzeigen, wie Innovation in der eigenen Organisation ein neuer Stellenwert beigemessen werden kann. Damit können die eingangs beschriebenen Dilemmata weitgehend überwunden werden. Das schrittweise iterative Vorgehen mit der Zielgruppe ist, wie in diesem Buch beschrieben, essenziell für den Erfolg. Demzufolge ist auch die Umsetzung zu gestalten. Zielgruppen sind der Markt, aber auch die Leistungsträger im eigenen Umfeld.
