Abstract

Zusammenfassung Innovation, insbesondere verstanden als erfolgreiche Vermarktung neuartiger Ideen, ist ein schwieriges Geschäft. Unbestritten ist die Bedeutung für den langfristigen Erfolg von Unternehmen und Organisationen bis hin zu ganzen Volkswirtschaften. Bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung kommt den Führungskräften von Unternehmen und Organisationen eine große Verantwortung zu. Während das Umfeld wegen zunehmender Komplexität immer schwerer eingeschätzt werden kann, müssen gerade in unsicheren Zeiten wichtige Zukunftsentscheidungen gefällt werden. Dieses Kapitel legt die Grundlagen für die wirksame Ausgestaltung der Unternehmensprozesse im Sinne eines agilen Innovationsmanagements.
