Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Rolle des/der Nachhaltigkeitsmanagers/In ist im Unternehmen relevanter denn je, neue regulatorische Anforderungen manifestieren die Rollen, Unternehmen bauen ihre Nachhaltigkeitsexpertise aus, Hochschulen ihre Curricula um, BerufseinsteigerInnen und UmsteigerInnen wollen einen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung leisten. Der IPCC-Bericht aus 2021 zeigt aber: Es ist noch viel zu tun. Und gerade, weil dem so ist, möchten wir Sie auf dem Weg dahin ermutigen. Es braucht heute die richtigen Leute an den richtigen Stellen mehr denn je. Also – packen wir es an, mit einem gesunden Optimismus, Realismus und viel Beharrlichkeit und Geduld!
