Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln beschriebenen Sachverhalte werden sich nicht im luftleeren Raum abspielen, sondern mit speziellen, situativen Variablen der Gesellschaft, (Welt-)Wirtschaft, des Arbeitsmarktes etc. interagieren und so unser Leben in den kommenden Dekaden bestimmen. „Die Macht höchst unwahrscheinlicher Ereignisse“, d. h. etwaiger „schwarzer Schwäne“ (Taleb, 2018), kann dabei naturgemäß nicht berücksichtigt werden. Wie und was sich in Deutschland auf den (1) Arbeitsmarkt 2030, auf die (2) Zukunft der Arbeit bis 2050 und auf (3) Deutschland als einen Player in einer globalisierten Weltwirtschaft auswirken könnte, beschreiben die drei folgenden (Szenario-)Analysen aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln und auf verschiedenen, systemischen Ebenen.
