Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die hier vorgestellten fünf Fallstudien wurden aus Experteninterviews abgeleitet. Der Zweck der Interviews bestand darin, Veränderungsprozesse in Planung und Umsetzung als soziale Sachverhalte zu rekonstruieren, um eine Grundlage für die Untersuchung von hypnosystemischen Implikationen für die Gestaltung erfolgreicher Change-Management-Prozesse zu erhalten. Gefragt wurde z. B. nach der Wirkung der Nutzung/Nichtnutzung eines systematischen Veränderungsansatzes, der Wirkung einer Herstellung/Nichtherstellung einer Zielvision und eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses für Ziel und Strategie oder auch der Wirkung einer Beachtung/Nichtbeachtung der VeränderungshistorieVeränderungshistorie des Unternehmens. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die Planung, die Umsetzung, die Bewertung und die aus der Fallstudienanalyse gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zu folgenden Themen: Haltung und Grundverständnis, Entwicklung eines Zielbildes, Aufbau eines Beratungs- und Steuerungssystems, Kommunikation und AufmerksamkeitsfokussierungAufmerksamkeitsfokussierung, Monitoring und Konsolidierung.
