Abstract

Zusammenfassung Intrapreneurship ist zur Stärkung der Anpassungsfähigkeit von Organisationen in dynamischen Umwelten wichtig. Offen ist jedoch, wie Organisationen Intrapreneurship nachhaltig fördern können, beziehungsweise auf eine wiederholte Umsetzung unternehmerischer Initiativen hinwirken können. Eine Möglichkeit Intrapreneurship nachhaltig zu fördern, liegt in der Implementierung organisationaler Routinen. Basierend auf aktueller Forschung werden die Routinen dabei als dynamische Phänomene betrachtet. Der Buchbeitrag zeigt, wie dynamisch konzipierte Routinen Intrapreneurship anregen können. Zudem identifiziert der Beitrag spezifische Routinen zur Förderung von Intrapreneurship für die Umsetzung in der unternehmerischen Praxis.
