Abstract

Zusammenfassung Intrapreneurship spielt für Organisationen und Unternehmen zunehmend eine zentrale Rolle, wenn es darum geht, wettbewerbs- und zukunftsfähig zu bleiben. Die Beiträge im vorliegenden Sammelband gehen grundlegenden Fragen rund um das Thema interne Ausgründungen nach, besprechen die damit einhergehenden Herausforderungen und verdeutlichen, weshalb es so wertvoll ist, die Ideen und Impulse von Mitarbeitenden zu fördern. Dabei werden nicht nur verschiedene Intrapreneurship-Konzepte beleuchtet, sondern Aspekte aus Wissenschaft und Praxis gleichermaßen betrachtet. So stehen die theoretischen Annäherungen an das Thema neben ausgewählten Pilotprojekten und Fallbeispielen aus verschiedenen Unternehmen der freien Wirtschaft und öffentlichen Behörden, um Intrapreneurship in seiner praktischen Vielfalt abzubilden.
